Just hold your stock for a little bit longer for waiting for this order (it will be about 4 or 5 month), because anyone that have a ready stock product will have the order especially for contemporer design furniture and building component (ussually using finger joint) product, maybe it will be look's like wasting our money and gambling for this situation, but I think, there will be some result from it...
Like we all know, that Japan product have the highest price in the market, so start to look for it, get your marketing team to start investigate this market NOW, remember that Japan market loves solid wood a lot, China doesn't have any good solid wood, Thailand have a problem with the infrastructure that caused the transportation time get slower, so Indonesia is the best way for them, we got a lot of solid woods right....
For decking and flooring, we know that Japan market have a different standard sizes for this product, so start to stock your material, so when you have the market, you can cut your logs using the Japan standard sizes, don't stock the finish product because there will be higher risk for this gambling...
